With the underground parking, the building is six-stories tall boasting a total footprint of nearly 80,000 square feet. Interestingly, the apartments were designed to accommodate a variety of residents including fully-furnished options for university students.

Ryan Erickson, Leasing Specialist for the property, describes, “It’s location in downtown Menomonie means walkability to numerous restaurants, shops. Etc. There’s also proximity to UW-Stout and all its learning and cultural activities, proximity to a bike trail, and the Mabel Tainter Center for the Arts. The community has been great to work with on this project and we feel like they have embraced it.”
